Internship Report on Analysis of HR Practices of Deepto Television
Abstract
This report is about how Deepto Tv manages their employees and do business. Deepto Tv follows five major functions of HR, these are: - Human Resource planning, assessment evaluation, compensation & benefit, recruitment & selection process, and leave policy. The report consists of five chapters. In chapter one; a short introduction about the report, its background, its origin, scope, objectives, and methodology of the report is discussed. In chapter two, the overall organization, organizations history, its mission, vision & objective as well as the organizational structure is shown. In chapter three, a brief discussion about all the functions of HR in this report such as a detailed HR planning of Deepto TV and assessment evaluation is given. Then, how they recruit and select employees for different projects and departments. In chapter four, a survey with the employees of Deepto TV about their feelings, pros, and cons of working for Deepto TV etc is included. After the survey, it was found that some improvement should be done in the HR functions and I also recommended some thoughts of myself for the betterment of the company.
