    Abstract
    The study of the report has been conducted on performance management system of JAMUNA Bank Limited (JBL)." The major objective of this report is to illustrate how the human resources department of JBL plans, operates and implements the performance management system in their banking and financial service sector. HR activities, following performance driven culture and strategy, planning for performance management and implementation system are included in this report. The first chapter includes an introduction part such as background of the study, objectives, scope, limitations, and methodology of the report. The review of the literature is included in the second chapter. This chapter's purpose is to provide data that has been obtained from appropriate academic sources in relation to the study's topic. The third Chapter deals with the overview of JAMUNA Bank Limited, its strategic plan for banking services, facilities & accommodations, HR policies and philosophy. In fourth chapter, the whole performance management system of JAMUNA Bank Limited has been analyzed. For analyzing the topic and information, qualitative technique and verbal analysis has been used. In chapter five, on the basis of analysis part some challenges faced by JBL's Human Resources Department (HRD) are discussed, along with some solutions. In this chapter, I've put my report to a conclusion.
