    Abstract
    COVID 19 is changing everything in world trade, economy, politics, inter-state relations, socio-politics or way of life. From the comfort of their own homes, a growing workforce is using virtual workplaces to avoid the risk of corona infection and to continue organization activities. On the other hand, senior officials have released files through e-filing system and are giving instructions to their subordinates through technology. Every employee feels pressure to maintain their work life balance. Therefore, individuals must learn to defend themselves against stress and mental dissatisfaction by taking proactive steps. This report focuses on the employees work life balance of Spellbound Leo Burnett during corona pandemic.
