Exploring Customer Reviews of Leading Online Food Apps
Abstract
During the epidemic, online food stores grew in popularity. Such a large number of internet food stores operate in Bangladesh right away. However, the app's stickiness has remained and grown over time. Within the next five years, demand for meal delivery is expected to increase 7-10 times for Bangladeshi entrepreneurs. Global forecasts are likewise optimistic. According to recent rumors, Door Dash, a US-based on-demand meal delivery business, has a $13 billion valuation and is planning an IPO. According to Restaurant Hospitality, the on-demand meal delivery industry is expected to rise tenfold over the next decade. The cloud kitchen is another interesting concept that has emerged in this time period. Cloud kitchens, sometimes known as ghost kitchens, are unique kitchens that are shared by numerous restaurants and were established to manage deliveries. They need to become a sub-industry in the United States, and they're attracting money from investors. For example, Kitopi, which operates a global cloud kitchens business, has raised $60 million to provide culinary support to restaurants using Uber Eats, DoorDash, and GrubHub. Meanwhile, in the run-up to the 2020 Cygnus atratus event, coronavirus infections continue to rise around the world, restaurant visits are declining, and meal delivery firms are gaining traction. In this report, the leading food apps are evaluated as they are evident in the comments or reviews of their customers, and classified in positive, mixed or negative. An overall analysis compared the nature of comments at the end of the report.
