    Abstract
    Pharmaceuticals industry which is being considered as a multi-billion dollar scope for Bangladesh in the upcoming future. It has grown at a large rate in the past couple of years. Export is considered a big venue for the industry and it is growing significantly over the period of time. Radiant Pharmaceuticals Limited is one of the fastest growing and most reliable pharmaceuticals company in Bangladesh. They are engaged in manufacturing and marketing of medicines for both local and foreign markets. Their HR department is currently going through lots of changes at the moment which has a very positive impact on the overall performance of the organization. In this report, I have made an analysis about their HRIS practices, and also their Performance Appraisal process. At the very beginning of the report, I have provided the preface part. In the first chapter, I tried to discuss about origin of the report, objectives of the report, the methodology I have used, scope of the report, and the limitations of the report that I have encountered while preparing the report. The second chapter is about literature review which provides a clear understanding about Human Resource Information System, and Performance Appraisal. In the third chapter, I have tried to provide some overviews of Radiant Pharmaceuticals Limited, their system of work, and their products in details. The fourth chapter is all about my responsibilities towards the organization as an intern. Which shows my experiences that I have collected throughout my internship period. The fifth and sixth chapters include the major part of this report which includes a brief discussion about the HRIS practices and Performance Appraisal process of Radiant Pharmaceuticals Limited. I have tried to include necessary information about how the whole process works, how it gives a new measure to the Human Resource Department to make it easier for getting a clear view of the organization’s practices in those two fields. And the last part of this report contains analysis, findings, my recommendation to the organization, and the conclusion of my report.
