Recruitment and selection process of Brac-Aarong
Abstract
The study of the report is overall activities of recruitment & selection process for their job position in the most popular retail chain organization “BRAC-Aarong.” Here, in the first chapter, the objectives of the study, methodology, scope & limitations of the report are described. The second chapter is fully covered by the literature review where I have described the overall HR functions & activities from my theoretical knowledge by studying text books, various articles & publications. The third chapter is included the information of the organization that are followed by its’ history, logo, meaning of the Aarong, overview of the Aarong, hierarchy system, the statement of the mission & vision, their products & services, corporate culture & hierarchy of HR department. My internship task activities, training & experience on working in HR departments are included in chapter four. The chapter five is described by the Recruitment & Selection process & activities of BRAC-Aarong & this study task was given by my academic supervisor. Based on the study task, key findings & analysis & some recommendations are presented in chapter six & seven included also conclusion part. In the end some references have been mentioned from where I have used the information to complete this report.
