Internship Report On Factors Creating Employee Satisfactions on Recruitment and Selection Procedure of Al Arafah Islamic Bank Limited (AIBL)
Abstract
This paper is focused on the factors creating employee satisfactions on recruitment and selection procedure of Al Arafah Islami Bank Limited (AIBL). Each branch has different area manager and each branch manager manages the work individually, monitor and cooperate with the employees. It has 230 branches in several districts in the country of Bangladesh. Both primary and secondary data are used. This report is mainly focused on the recruitment process, the way authorities of the Human Resources Department and committee manage the interview session, performance of the candidates, and flash out the recruitment process with the scenario of Bangladesh that is highlighted here. Each organization follows a different procedure for recruitment. In every branch, there is a supervisor and a trainee assistant to support the employees and to provide a guideline. The report deals with sixth chapters.
In the first chapter there is introduction part, along with objective of the report which is including primary objective and secondary objective. The methodology, scope and limitation of the study are added. Methodology means the way reporters collect data and process data are discussed here. The next chapter there is including literature review of the recruitment and selection procedure are discussed in the second chapter. Then the third chapter there is including company profile of AIBL is discussed shortly, recruitment and selection procedure, culture of AIBL, strategy, and steps are discussed here. The fourth chapter there is including the analysis and findings about the factors that create employee satisfactions on recruitment and selection procedure of AIBL, operational activities, leave management, activities of the HR department authorities, job satisfaction, interview taking method are discussed.
In the fifth chapter there is analysis and findings. After that collected data organized by Microsoft excel, the survey questions analysis is discussed with a pie chart. Here reporter discussed positive and negative findings also. The reporter also provides suggestions based on the negative findings. Finally, the report is completed by adding of conclusion and bibliography.
