Report on Human Resource rights and responsibilities execution during Covid-19 in United Commercial Bank.
Abstract
As a student of business administration, it is very essential to observe the multifaceted situation in the workplace. It is necessary to go through and explore all fields of knowledge, both theoretical and practical. Before passing four years BBA program, students have been assigned an Internship program to have working experience in business life as a part of the academic program. This report has been made on both theoretical and practical knowledge considering HRM practices. The project topic is HR Practices of United Commercial Bank during Covid-19.
United Commercial Bank Ltd (UCB) is one of the most considerable private-sector commercial banks in Bangladesh. This report is prepared based on the internship experience at United Commercial Bank. The internship period has been completed in the Moulvi Bazar branch. This report outlines some key issues encompassing the field of human resource management in United Commercial Bank Ltd during this pandemic. The study has been conducted based on the Human Resources activity of this banking sector and counting practices, responsibilities, and maintenance of HR activities throughout the pandemic.
The first chapter includes an introduction such as background study, general and broad objectives, Scope of limitations, and methodology of the report.
The second chapter deals with the literature of HRM, HR practice and role of HR during this pandemic.
The third chapter included the overview, corporate information, historical background their policies and products of United Commercial Bank LTD. The HR practices of UCBL as well.
In the fourth chapter, there are the analysis and finding of HR rights and responsibilities during the pandemic and also presented surveys answer in pie chat.
The last chapter ended with recommendation and conclusion.
