    Abstract
The main purpose of this report on US retirement policy was to understand the whole pension plan trade of America and government transparency in this regard along with the procedures maintained. The parent company of Data-Path is the July Business Service of USA, started in 1995 to ensure the highest productive plan of pension by the CEO namely Jim Hudson. During the year from 2008 to 2010, Data-Path enhanced its condition by ensuring some key features such as- developed foundation of employee culture, efficiency in delivering services, creation of client consultants and dedicated distribution team. I have included their organizational expertise and structure briefly in this report. I also discussed the research method, which concludes collecting data through questionnaires directly provided to the clients to understand their perspectives and through using secondary source of information such as the internet. The data analysis part has conducted through the projective techniques and observational studies. I have found government rules of retirement plans, client's ideas about it, its contribution to the economy, the increase in self-reliance, the age limits, reasons of termination of employees, highly paid employment rules and blue-collar employment status and suspension rules from the findings of the research. Overall, July business service offers a friendly and flexible performance method to meet the needs of the advisors, employees, and participants. Clients choose from multiple custodian options or the third-party administration bundle solution.
