    Abstract
    The report is about the Data Path Ltd. retirement plan services and also a brief description of their work method. This report will assist to know how this industry looks like and what is the main work of Data path limited also how they work. The US government is mindful and genuine about guaranteeing the advantage of the retirees and making sure about them monetarily in resigned life. The IRS (Internal Revenue Service) and the DOL (Department of Labor) give rules to the business to deal with the retirement advantage intend to give their representative retirement advantage which is known as "Plan" in the retirement business. The retirement plan likewise causes the employer to have Tax reserve funds on the benefit of the association on the off chance that he keeps up the arrangement as indicated by IRS and DOL rules. Inability to agree to the rules will bring about preclusion of the arrangement and it will be dependent upon punishments. The USA government has taken several steps to facilitate the retirement system. They provide several benefits to the employee who gets retired after a certain period. As I did my internship company Data Path Limited, they have provided several benefits to the employees after a retirement period. Data Path ensures the plan does not discriminate in benefit of highly compensated employees as to eligibility or benefits same benefits must be provided to non-highly compensated employees. The Bangladesh government is in like manner concerned and sincere about making sure about the advantage of the retirees.US and Bangladesh retirement methodology contrast in some critical core interests. Bangladesh has a strategy for the public position affiliation and very for the private zone. For Data Path Limited my company in Bangladesh. I found that they have employee benefit plans. Data Path provides a wide range of benefit programs to eligible employees. Your eligibility for each benefit program depends on a variety of factors, including your employee classification, time duration, performance, etc. It very well may be possible to get a coordinated game plan if govt. changes or reshape the course of action. This report will help Bangladesh with improving their retirement provident fund as well.
