    Abstract
    NCC Bank Limited has gained commendable reputation for it’s very much customizes & personalized service to its customer. With its good service towards the customer, it has set a very high standard in the banking industry. Through its service which are various kinds deposit & credit products, only the individuals but also the giant groups of companies doing business & corporate organizations are getting service comfortably. The bank has gained satisfactory result in recent years & has set a standard which is helping the bank in its steady growth in many sectors like major indicators, deposits, advance & profit of the organization. NCC bank has increased its investment in other sector like: SME banking, recovery department; in loan section (the bank has made jobs that are continuously observed of ambitious loans, approach of the bank &finding way to sort out). With the remittance service, NCCBL has contributed remarkably to increase fee-based income of the bank. To motivate the Bangladeshis residing abroad to send their hard earn money through legal banking system, the bank has taken number of necessary steps as making remittance arrangements with different money exchange companies all over the world. The bank is doing well in the market right now, but in order to be the market leader it should take some necessary steps regarding its service & innovation. Lots of banks are already in market, more are up coming in the market & there are market leader too. If the bank would not able to innovate & upgrade the service, it can be harmful for the bank in order to achieve the organization goal & necessary profit.
