    Abstract
Change management capabilities are paramount in this fast-changing world if somebody wants to survive. However, it can distract the staff as a whole while an organization is facing dramatic change. If it's introducing new technologies or programs, transitioning to new procedures, or having the workforce community on board with a new boss or chief, as business executives and staff juggle their work duties and copes with the transition, productivity is always sacrificed. A change management professional may be required to supervise the whole process and oversee it from all sides for organizations to adapt quickly and positively to change. Everybody has to learn to handle the transition, no matter how their work leads. Taking control of transition helps them to predict the next encounters and prepare for themselves. It is much more effective and constructive than empowering their work-life and perspective to be buffeted by the moving breeze. Their skills in change management will help them handle the journey, whether the change is in their personal lives and will carry over into their workday or the change is connected with work.
