    Abstract
    This internship report is prepared because of requirement of the completion of Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. To fulfil 123 credits I need to submit this report. After completing 4 months of internship in general banking division in Janata Bank Limited, I prepared this report with my practical knowledge. After working four months of internship I got some experiences and this help me a lot for preparing this report. This report is on ‘Learning and Developing process in banking sector’ that describes the types of training program, evaluation system and development processes that Janata bank uses for their employees. As Janata Bank Limited is one of the fastest growing public banks in Bangladesh, they need more and more effective employees. Employees with no skill are hard to survive in this new era. So Training and Development is important for achieving skilled employee. And Human Resource Management does this task for the organization. In this report I will say how Janata Bank Limited organizes Training and Development programs. To find the process of Training and Development of Janata Bank Limited is the purpose of this report. Here I give background research of the organization. And there is methodology for showing how I got the data. I made a normal questionnaire and did a survey in the branch where I did my internship for collecting information. I discuss here the effective way of doing Training and Development. I believe that each section carries the appropriate data of the organization and its Training and Development process.
