    Abstract
    The internship report is based on the three months internship program that I had successfully completed on “Promoting door to door health care services: A Study on Olwel BD Ltd”. This study has tried to focus on the real marketplace and intellectual work on promotional activities. I focused on how customers are being influenced, how they interact with their desire and services. It was such a good experience to work on this topic. To inform the customer, to remind them and to persuade them, promotional activities essential for a marketer. Accordingly, as a marketing student, working on this topic is really helpful and provide the scope of utilizing the theoretical knowledge in the practical arena. All information collected in this study is from the experience of designated area and practical work. It gives a great opportunity at the same time to work on this. In this report, readers can see how different variables impact promotional activities related to door-to-door health care service. Every possible discussion related to promotional activities has been discussed in this study. Readers can easily get the idea how customers are being influenced, how they react towards the door-to-door health care service, how they became familiar with the service, why they ignore or not buying service. After all, it will provide a strong summarization of promotional activities on door-to-door health care activities.
