An analysis of critical success factors in small and medium enterprise banking in Bangladesh- A case study of United Finance Ltd.
Abstract
Small and medium enterprises SMEs are viewed as a most productive medium which can push financial and social improvement to experience notable advancement and improvement as they offer valuable service to buyers, and give a necessary job. With this in consideration, they are necessary for obtaining experience, training, and technical and managerial skills.
Some other interior factors could be the purpose of the achievement of these organizations. The motivation behind this research is to recognize the principle factors that generally used to show the success of the small and medium enterprise.
Data have been gathered by using a mixed-method approach: First, 100 sets of questionnaires were circulated among supervisors of SMEs; Second, information was gathered by utilizing organized face to face conversation.
