Internship Report on “Human Resource Planning & Staffing Strategy of Intertek Bangladesh”
Abstract
A Report about on testing, inspection & certification (TIC) industry & to identify how Intertek Bangladesh maintain their Manpower Planning & how they implement those planning and staffing strategy to their organization. Intertek is the prominent service provider in Bangladesh & also in their industry. Intertek has a well-organized HR department, they encourage me to understand all the necessary HR functions such as Recruitment & Selection, Interviewing, Training & Development, HR Planning and Staffing Strategy. For this I have learn how a recruitment process occur, how train the employee. From my experience, I have found that Intertek BD has a structured HR department, and each job has their own Job Description (JD) and Specification (JS). Department Head & HR combinedly maintain all talent acquisition. 19th January 2019 HR department introduce a HRIS system to the company called “OCULUS” and everything now is online here. Intertek BD gives various benefits of employees that make known place to the industry and their competitor.
