An Internship Report on Employee Satisfaction on Compensation Management and Benefits of- DATAPATH
Abstract
This internship report has been prepared to analyze the satisfaction among employees on compensation management and benefits of DataPath Ltd. About DataPath it can be said that the company is a US- Bangladesh joint venture operating in the U.S.A and Bangladesh since 2008. DataPath is one of the BPO centers in Bangladesh which collaborates with clients to help them become a high-performance business.
Compensation is that the sum of all types payments or rewards given to employees to performing tasks to understand organizational objectives. Compensation impacts an employer’s ability to draw in and retain employees.
The report has been divided into five main chapters. In the first chapter, the discussion is based on the background of this report, scope of the report, methodology and limitation of the report. In the second chapter, the report contains literature review which includes definitions, theories and about employee satisfaction. In the third chapter of the report, the discussion in detail about the company profile, their history, mission and vision, culture of the company, employee relation and workplace environment and departments. In this chapter gives a view about Data-path. In fourth chapter there is discuss detail about the compensation and benefits packages that provided by Data-Path. In fifth chapter combines examination and interpretation of the review survey of Data-path delegates.
The main objective of the report was to understand that employees are satisfied with the compensation and benefits which is provided by the company. So, the survey contains with suitable questions was decided to accomplish it. The opinions of employees regarding their satisfaction is included along with the graphical presentation. In the last part where the completion of the report was given. From finding it is clear that most of the employees of Data-Path are satisfied and it is also clear that Data-Path has a positive image towards it employees but for betterment they can give focus on recommendations. With the references of the considerable number of information and record are also given in this report.
