    Abstract
    This internship report entitled to “Human Resource Strategies and virtual recruitment and activities of Arla Foods Bangladesh”. Enrolled in HR intern in Arla Foods was right decision because I have learned enormous HR corporate knowledge which will help to carry out my career in high standards. The key objective of this study is to provide a depth analysis of actual tools and techniques of HR functions and how they promote the online office activities, manage the management, employees’ recruitment in this pandemic situation. In this sudden situation how Human Resource function is managing challenges as a FMCG industry. Based on my working experience at Arla Foods as HR Intern, my observations, direct communication with HRs helps me to understand HR policy, matrics, trainings and accomplishing this report.
