    Abstract
    The purpose of this study is to evaluate the internal marketing and employee commitment to the customer service of Mohanagar Steel Corporation. Mohanagar Steel Corporation established in 1988. There have now three re- rolling mills. They are one of the oldest re-rolling mills in Bangladesh. As we all know that re-rolling industry is a growing industry in our country. Once all the re-rolling items are imported from abroad. Now a day many re-rolling company of our country starting to export their product. Internal marketing is based on the idea that customers’ attitudes toward a company are based on their entire experience with that company, and not just their experience with the company’s products. To evaluate the extend of internal marketing at the Mohanagar Steel Corporation several variables are identified and studied. These variables are job satisfaction, management concern, supervisory support, communication, Training, remuneration system, job security, and promotion opportunity. An adapted questionnaire is administered within the company employees. With their recommendation we came up with some result. Most of the results are quite good. Some results have problems. We try to find out those problem and solve it. If we can solve those problem properly then we can make our customer service good. We always have to work on that. Those which are good, we have to keep it up and those which has problem, we have to overcome.
