An Internship Report on Human Resources Management Practices in Social Islami Bank Limited
Abstract
The central motive of the report has been to generate a practical understanding of the human resource practices of Social Islami Bank Limited. Human Resource department are the core part of each and every company to get a competitive man power and advantage from the competitors. There are many functions are followed globally to manage their employees. This report is about a little brief about Human Resource management functions are followed by SIBL and how their functional process is improve their efficiency in the market and what are the procedure follow to recruit the right talent. This report has been divided into six different chapters which I have learned.This first chapter is based on the introduction of the report, which includes topics such as the backgrounds, objectives, scope, methodologies, and limitations of the study. The second chapter based on history of the Social Islami Bank Limited (SIBL). It also includes all banking activities and different processes of the bank. The product and service is also presented in this chapter. There are more topic include here. When the bank included their 1st logo, objective, mission, vision, core values, functions, structure, product and services and also adds their Board of Directors-present and previous. The third chapter is based on Literature Review. There are more literature are included here. Chapter four presence the general human resource management practices of Social Islami Bank Limited. In this chapter, the study focuses on the general human resources management practices of SIBL, on the activities of the human resources department. Recruitment and Selection process, Training and Development, steps of training, Training activities, Methods of training and training evaluation Chapter five describes the human resource SWOT analysis that describes Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats environment of SIBL Finally, chapter six indicates the recommendation and ending the study with a conclusion. The core findings of the reports shows that the ways Social Islami Bank Limited planning, recruit & select, train and compensate its employees through the human resource department.
