    Abstract
    Training and development refer to activities within the organization made to knowledge and skills of trainee or employees to giving information or instruction on how to better perform the tasks. Usually, it is changing the trainee habits and increasing their knowledge and skills. The aim of training and development is to help companies to achieve its purpose by adding value. Training and development also referred to trainee development, HR development and so on. The objective of training and development is to create skills and prepare employees to achieve objectives of an organization. In this report, I have discussed relevant things regarding training and development. Here I discuss the HR practices, MTB training selection process, why training is important for the employees or trainee, the methods of training, how can employees get effective training, how can they get the benefit of it, how to measure the effectiveness, recommendation and some case studies are also included here. I have tried my level best to give a total image on training and development MTB.
