SWOT Analysis of CodersTrust Bangladesh

Abstract

This report is based on CodersTrust Bangladesh, which is freelancing training organization. Got a fantastic and remarkable experience while employed in this organization. I have written about strength, weakness, opportunities and threats of the company which I observed and perceive during my internship period. You will find details about the organization in this report based on its current position. I worked mainly under the Business Development Department during my internship program. The main purpose of internship was to learn to work in a realistic environment and to apply the knowledge acquired during the studies from a real world scenario or viewpoint in order to tackle the problems using the knowledge and the skills developed during the academic process and I am happy to say that I have learned enough professionalism.

In this report, the organization’s through analysis was done and all the technological, administrative, and strategic aspects were analyzed to determine the organization’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. For the last three months, I have been involved different activities like giving call to the student, give them email and message them, gave counseling to the students, take admission, I also worked in “Unnayan Mela’’ and helped them and give freelancing support. All in all, working in the company was a great experience and gave me an insight into how to shape my career for responsibilities in the near future.
