Abstract

In order to stand the demanding situations of the new millennium, there may be no better quarter for us than to learn about non-banking machine and its activities. The report has been prepared on the premise of popular sports and the analysis of overall recruitment process and performance of IDLC Ltd. The major objective of this report is to analysis of activities, to know about the management system, its formation, and its functional and financial aspects and to have a clear knowledge about all the division and departments.
