    Abstract
This report is about the study that I have gone through during my internship at Dutch Bangla Bank. The study is about measuring the job satisfaction level of employees of Dutch Bangla Bank. Being a HR major, I know job satisfaction issue is really alarming/rising issue of every organization. If employees get satisfied what DBBL would serve them then productivity and efficiency will reach the goal in a satisfactory manner. But if not, then the productivity and efficiency will fall apart and may lead to large number of employee turnover. The first chapter of the report is to discuss the imprecise ideas for what the report has been created includes background, objectives, methodology and limitations of the report. The second chapter is to make understand the elaborate concept of job satisfaction. The third chapter is to analyze DBBL’s background, history, mission, vision, products and services. The fourth chapter is the most centric and significant part of the report as it shows how much employees are actually satisfied and dissatisfied. The employees of DBBL are moderately satisfied. The fifth chapter is critic part of the report as it shows the spotting out the main reasons behind the employee’s satisfaction and dissatisfaction of DBBL. The sixth chapter is to ponder some recommendations based on my academic and practical learnings so that those who are dissatisfied may get served well and HR department of the DBBL will look after the rising issues and take appropriate initiatives. According to my own understanding, this report does not have the information fully since DBBL is really strict regarding the confidentiality of information. However, as former intern of DBBL, I got the privilege to collect maximum of the information and used them in my report.
