    Abstract
The purpose of this report is to know employee job satisfaction. For this reason, I had to gain a practical area of responsibilities of the employees and interact with them directly to understand their views and their relationship with their organization. Job satisfaction happens when an employee feels he or she is having job stability, career growth, and a comfortable work-life balance. Employee job satisfaction mainly depends on working conditions, compensation systems, job security, job promotion, career development opportunity, relationship with senior management, flexibility to balance between professional and personal life. The sample for this study was the current employees of EXIM Bank. Printed questionnaires were distributed among 50 respondents and collecting the data. Then the data analyzed by MS Excel. Through this study, I analyzed that most of the employee is highly satisfied with their job.
