    Abstract
    Fair Group is one of the fastest growing business organizations in Bangladesh established by the Fair Group Samsung. With the cooperation of Samsung, Fair Group reached the milestone of the first Samsung manufacturing plant in Shivpur, Narsingdi, Bangladesh. Fair Group launches Samsung Executive Briefing Center (EBC) in Dhaka's Banani, Asia's second largest EBC. My report is about "Samsung's strategic business plan" so I mentioned the company that launched Samsung. This report consists of five separate sections. In the first chapter I discussed the background of the report. I also explained the purpose, scope, limitations and secondary information of the report for my study and the methodology used to prepare this report. Like all reports, it also has some limitations that were inevitable in some cases. The second section deals with all company information and attempts to focus and focus on fair groups and companies in Samsung. In the third chapter I have given an overview of the current market of the mobile phone industry in Bangladesh. The next section deals with Samsung's business model and its one-year brand plan, as well as Samsung's SWOT analysis. Finally in the last chapter of this report SWT and the people describe some of the recommendations based on the information that I asked when creating this report. This is about my project report which mainly focuses on "Samsung Mobile's strategic brand planning". The limitation of reporting is the short time of the semester, poor research experience and poor confidential information. While this report has some limitations, it did help me complete my undergraduate degree; this will help other people and students generate final reports. Samsung can find positive and negative aspects of their activities in this report.
