    Abstract
    Apex Footwear limited is one of the largest footwear companies in Bangladesh. The report portrays the impact of effective employee recruitment and selection process on HR performance in Apex Footwear Limited. This report has been detruncated in five chapters. The first chapter is introduction which includes methodology, scope of the report, objectives and limitations. The overview of the company briefly provided in chapter two which is company profile which includes corporate information, mission, vision and values, products and services, operation details, CSR of Apex Footwear Limited, share, production capacity and competitors and their business, brands and plants. Literature review on employee recruitment and selection process and recruitment and selection process of Apex Footwear Limited is given on chapter three. Chapter four is analysis and findings which includes SWOT analysis and analysis and findings of the recruitment and selection process. In the final chapter some recommendations and conclusion is given. Data is collected in both secondary and primary way. This study contributes to the fact that the recruitment and selection process of a company has a direct relationship with the organizational performance.
