Due to much contemplation as the company understands the significance of Human Resource Management, it has proficient HR professionals supervising HRP, recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation management and legal compliance regarding personnel. Human capital acquirement begins from personnel requisition that has been done through yielding suitable candidate pool and selecting the appropriate ones for the organization on a methodological manner. Making employees skillful, more competent, and developed to further personal and organizational achievement are something that has been taken care of by providing apt training and development programs arranged by HR department. Employees’ performances are evaluated once a year following the Management by Objectives (MBO) and Ranking method, where such evaluations attained from performance management stand extremely useful in times of rewarding employees, promotion and providing customized development plans.
