    Abstract
    The success of an organization greatly depends on the performance of its employees. So, it is so much important for an organization to recruit, hire, train, deploy and manage the employees. That’s what human resource management deals with. Employees are the working force and so it’s also being mentioned as a vital asset of an organization. So, without the proper management of the human resource, an organization cannot be able to achieve its goals and objectives. By managing human resource effectively an organization can gain a competitive advantage on the market. As a student, I collect information from IBBL HR consultant of to various sector of HRM function such as recruitment, the selection process is being discussed here. The main propose of the report is to provide a clear picture of the recruitment and selection process followed by through the analysis between the concepts of recruitment and selection process along with some recommendations.
