    Abstract
    Integrated Security Services Ltd (ISSL) is one of the leading securities providing company in our country. It was established in 1995 by a group of senior retired army officers. ISSL has a professional team who has a work experience with a standard record of working in various security sectors like police, army and other armed security forces and intelligence bureau. This professional team is working 24/7 to achieve their goals and objective within the shortest span of time. Generally ISSL provides man power based security to various companies like Banks, Hospitals, Corporate offices, Multinationals, International organizations, ATM booths, escorting services and so on. The report focuses on the practices of Human Resource Management in ISSL. How ISSL is maintaining their HR and what is their point of view regarding HR. The Recruitment and Selection of the employees, Training and development of employees, salary and compensation, social and welfare funds for employees, Health Safety and Environmental policies for the employees of ISSL. ISSL is a corporate business organization. The company is run by a group of professional team, so it is quite difficult for me to find any flaw and recommend them something. I tried to observe them very keenly during my internship period and tried to learn some practical knowledge. The first office day of my Internship my boss Syed Shahanur Islam Ripon (DGM of ISSL) told me that the study and the office work is a two different world. Application of practical knowledge and experience is only the requirement for a job. So, it was really a good practical learning from ISSL and I tried to flourish my knowledge in the report. The report also contains some recommendation and conclusion from the observance of my little knowledge, which I think if that, would have been applied then it would have been better for the betterment of the organization.
