    Abstract
    This report is mainly based on the client services of Inpace Management Services Limited. It was founded on 1997. It is the most indenture and most reliable organization in Bangladesh. We are trying to make a strong communication and fulfilled the customer demand. I was working as a client adjusting officer. In my report you will find various information about client service of the company. I am a student from marketing department. It is an imagination association in Bangladesh. They have autonomous of spending plan. They mainly focus on the social people with 100 dignity power. But they deal with the enthusiasm of our customer. We gather our information through many research and survey. We also focus on the IT foundation of Bangladesh. We have management service and communication service. In my report, I discuss about modern work place. Like every company we also have strength, opportunity, weakness and threat. In the industry of marketing management, there is a huge competition. For gain the competitive advantage we need to work in a unique way. In my report I also mention about the job nature, job responsibility, performance and many other things. Mainly this report you will see my 4 months practical experience. It mainly help me to learn about the practical proportionate of any working area. Keeping main focus on the business expansion on the human resources. The company’s aim and objective is always same. The era of information and communication has become main focusing part. Now “staying competitive” is the main word of survival. The recent global recession are becoming more and globalization has become a challenge to manage the customers and events for the main basic thing is we need them. We need to identify the problem and. We also solve them for make a great communication focus on the strong relation with the customer.
