I have completed my Internship at D’reach Bangladesh, one of the fastest growing Digital Marketing Agency in Bangladesh. My internship is in the Digital Marketing Department. Throughout my internship, I had to work for the different brands of Bangladesh, and this report is the reflection of my first experience in the world of digital marketing. In this report, a clear explanation of digital marketing is given, explaining its importance, priorities and the role it plays in the growth of a company. This report will also mention the process of creating awareness of a product, how to manage the relation between the clients in an agency. After reading this report, a reader will have a clear understanding about digital marketing and its growth. Objectives of the internship are to analyze the clients and its competitor’s communications. Methodologies used for increasing awareness with the help of digital marketing. For understanding their communication system and increasing awareness, I have analyzed on clients competitive & comparative analysis and study all the communication method and audience engagements for the agency – D’reach. By communicating with the clients, I got the opportunity to work with the ice cream brand “Lovello Ice Cream”. The key research findings of this internship are given here. Audience in Lovello Ice Cream Facebook fan Page are information seeker and asks query regarding product or contest that are happening monthly bases. They collect all information of the post, product, and campaign. Though in Bangladesh people are more becoming in to social media, so social media and digital platform become more important for marketing and marketing strategies. Brands are getting more attention to reach out their targeted customers in this digital age. Elaborate details are also mentioned in this report. The completion of this internship clearly states that the current future of marketing relies completely on digital marketing. I would like to conclude the report by saying that “Increasing awareness with the digital marketing”.
