Internship Report On HR Practice and HRIS of ‘Renata Limited’
Abstract
The last stage of completing my graduation of four years is the internship I have done this trimester. Renata Limited has given me the opportunity for an internship in HR. In this internship period, I have perfectly carried out and accomplished several assignments and projects- i.e. managing HRIS; preparing reports on employee engagement; and various reports and documents of Renata Limited. Renata Limited has helped me gain several maneuvers related to the Human Resource department of Renata Limited which includes aid ex-employees to receive their original certificates and related documents, informing present applicants about their interviews and appointment letters, assisting with the HR associated executions and data entries of the information of the employees and so on.
This report consists of my gained analytical and technical skills which helped me enhance my theoretical learning and development. It also includes my reasoning for distinguishing among academic and empirical knowledge. Evaluation of the organization and my experience is mentioned in the report as well.
Being the first time in the corporate world, I have come across several challenges which I tried my best to overwhelm and gain knowledge from the experiences regarding my expectations from the internship. This internship has encouraged me to work in HR in the future and I have also learned the tactics to imply to my internship if I was given another chance. It has helped me learn my strengths and shortcomings through various experiences. I was taught to overcome my shortcomings and utilize my potentials in Renata Limited propitiously.
