Current Human Resource Practices & Employee Attitude of M.I Cement Factory Ltd
Abstract
M. I. Cement Factory Ltd. is a public Ld. and one in all the leading makers of cement in the People's Republic of Bangladesh. On December 31, 1994, it started its journey with the commitment to providing best quality cement to the country. Its brand "Crown Cement" has own renowned both home and abroad.
Besides in this study incorporated the history, I had tried to incorporate a brief of how the HR Department does their job in M. I. Cement Factory Ltd. (Crown Cement).
While making the intern report on Current HR Practices and Employee Attitude I have provided detailed information about HR practices at M. I. Cement Factory Ltd., HR outcome & employee attitude toward the organization.
I have coated all the connected factors with it and add to it I actually have tried to include the items that I actually have learned with the practices I actually have seen.
This report also provides a brief overview of HR outcomes, practices, employee tendency of turnover, etc. and my personal observation regarding the critical issues, the lacking of the HR Department and my recommendations for improving the total HR practices of M. I. Cement Factory.
Then I gave the complete information on how I did complete the study, how many of my respondents, a problem during project analysis and running HR practices in M. I. Cement Factory Ltd. (Crown Cement). Then I reached a conclusion which sums up all the analysis and finally I present that format I have introduced at M. I. Cement Factory Ltd.
