Both primary & secondary sources of data have been used to complete this report. Credit policy of Trust Bank is quite lengthy. In year 2017 the non-performing loan is 3.35% which is less than many other banks. Banks credit deposit ratio is increasing from the following year. That means bank can invest more properly and use more funds to maximize their profit. Capital adequacy ratio is also in quite good position which indicates bank has enough capital and efficiency to serve their banking service. Disbursement of loan and advances are increasing each year. On the basis of findings from the report it can be recommended that their loan sanctioning procedure should be less time consuming and monitoring should be a little stricter.
From my part, I would like to suggest that Trust Bank should follow the standards of sound lending and they may make the credit department even stronger if possible. Among the most important attribute, I hope they always be to the way of honesty, thoroughness and always ready for new ideas and innovative ways to fulfill customer demands.
