Leadership Training and Development process of Northern Hatcheries Limited
Abstract
The Northern Hatcheries Limited (Deshi Meat) is a private limited company under the ownership and management of Northern Hatcheries Limited as per articles of association of the company, it is managed by a board of Directors consisted of two sponsor shareholders. It offers a wide variety of products such as different cuts of BEEF, MUTTON, CHICKEN, BIRDS. Safety and quality is the first and foremost priority of its products. NHL committed to produce premium standards of quality. It complied all the requirement of government statutory and regulatory agencies to make sure the safety of products. In this regards Northern Hatcheries Limited arrange different types of training programs such as leadership training for management level, food safety training to maintain quality of the product, sales training to increase the sales.
In case of leadership training Human Resource manager of Northern Hatcheries Limited follow five steps model of training and development process. These are identifying the training needs, Designing process of training, Development process, Implementation process, and finally Evaluation process. In each of the process is analyzed on the basis of gap identified between employees expected skills and their current competencies. Here my report is based on the single leadership training arranged by Northern Hatcheries Limited. In my report, I elaborately described how Human resource department follow training and development process in their leadership training.
