    Abstract
    The report “An analysis of the Human Resource Management Practices of the ACI Company Limited.” Has been prepared with the keenness to fulfill the requirement of BBA (Bachelor in Business Administration) degree. It contains an elaborate report on the HR practices of ACI Limited. ACI is the private company of Bangladesh. It has a widespread operation that runs throughout Bangladesh and outside of it as well. One of the most prominent reasons for success for ACI is its HR department. HR with its many functions ranging from planning of HR to managing changing needs of the modern world creates a flow that keeps ACI ready for any and all of its challenges. This report contains both theoretical and practical information regarding human resource management. Initial chapters include different HR-related information that is ideal for any organization and is taught in curriculums. Then there is a very brief representation of the organization, its members, the products and services it provides, different areas it works in and locations in which its branches are situated. There is information about how ACI plans its HR needs and supplies for it, where it recruits candidates from and how employees are selected, the compensation package ACI provides, the types of training ACI arranges for its employees and its orientation method, How ACI appraises its employees, the laws it follows and the way it manages the onslaught of changes thrown in its way. The report then originates to end through a short recommendation and conclusion part. The entire theme and overall ambiance have been set to give an idea about what we acquire and how it reflects in the actual course of action. I hope that this report is as perceptive as I have felt while studying for it.
