    Abstract
    The study is based on the company named Diamond Insulation Product. Diamond Insulation Products is an expandable polystyrene (EPS) products manufacturing industry. It started its Production March, 2010. Initially there are several products in its production line, such as Insulation Board, Box, Packaging, Pipe Insulation which is widely used for Insulation purpose. Internships provide students numerous perks: They gain experience, develop skills, make connections, strengthen their resumes, learn about a field, and assess their interests and abilities. Internship also provides training and experiential learning opportunities for the development of skills in assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, consultation, outreach, and supervision. The main part of the report is the Marketing plan of Diamond Insulation Products. The major parts of the marketing plan for Diamond Insulation Products are Product review, Competitive review, SWOT analysis, Product strategy, Competitive strategy, pricing strategy, Distribution strategy, Marketing communication strategy, Action Program and Budgeting. All of these parts are described briefly in this report. This report contains both primary and secondary data. The primary data was collected simply by observing and asking questions about different aspects of marketing plan to the marketing team. Secondary data was collected from Journal, Book and website.
