    Abstract
    This Internship Report is prepared as a requirement of Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program on Department of Business Studies, United International University. After completing 3 months of Internship Program in Human Resources Division of Kazi It Center Ltd, I have prepared this Internship Report with the help of my practical experience and knowledge I have gained from, working there. This report is based on the topic of “Performance relating with Training and Development Process of KITC” which includes the different types of Training Program KITC use in their organization, evaluation process and development programs, different methods that KITC uses for the development of their employees and improvement of their overall performance. As KITC is one of the fastest growing IT's and ITes based company in Bangladesh, it invests a huge amount of money on their Training and development Programs to ensure effective contribution from their employees into the organization. This training program also increases employee performance, ensures the employee retention and decreases employee absenteeism and turnover rate. Spending money by KITC in these training programs for their employees is not an expense but considering an investment. As I have worked under department of Human Resource development of KITC I have closely observed that how KITC organizes, conducts their training and development programs and how they do their training and trainer evaluation to measure employee overall performance which leads and effective outcome for an organization. My Internship report is basically based on all of these activities and this report shows the significance of training and development programs of KITC. At the end of the report I tried give my level best to emphasize on all those criteria, findings with some useful suggestions and recommendations which I hope would be helpful for the future improvement of their training programs
