    Abstract
    This report provides an analysis of the “Vat Procedure of CEAT AKKHAN Ltd”. CEAT tire turns to establish them as a leading brand in this country. Currently, they are in a growth position. Now in Bangladesh CEAT mostly focuses on the truck-bus tire segment. At present CEAT’s placement expands to four different regions likes- Dhaka, Chittagong, Jossore, and Bogura. Mother warehouses located at Chittagong, the main distribution operating from Chittagong warehouse. CEAT AKKHAN Limited is a valuable corporate taxpayer of the National Board of Revenue (NBR). It manages a professional system of TAX and VAT payment under the direct observation of the Head of Finance and Accounts Division. As an intern of the Finance and Accounts Division, I was assigned by my official supervisor to work in the VAT sector. So my access to the whole VAT premises and that paying system was not slim. My office supervisor assigned me to help in the day to day operation of the VAT sector and also to reorganize the filing system of the whole Finance & Accounts Department. I was assigned to do was knowledgeable, interesting, and moreover practical. I have got the essence of the real picture of the corporate world. Therefore, it contributed heavily to my experience of the real scenario of the tier industries of Bangladesh. For my supervisors’ information, this report consists of four parts. The first part is an introductory part of the report. The second part is all about describing the details of the company with its history of establishment and the structure of the board and the Finance and Accounts Department. The third part is the main part of this report which is considering the “VAT procedure of CEAT”. And the last part is a recommendation and conclusion.
