    Abstract
    Internet is one of the rapidest growing media during the past decade. Especially online shopping is a rapidly growing e-commerce area. Basically online stores are available 24 hours a day and many customers have internet access both at work and at home. This study aims to establish a preliminary assessment, evaluation and understanding of the characteristics of online shopping. Although the benefit of online shopping is considerable when the process goes poorly it can create a thorny situation. There might be a trust issue problem, using card issue, theft identity and return policy etc. there have some precautions to be taken are studied in this paper.
