dc.description.abstractCrown Exclusive Wears Ltd. Is a company that is based on apparel mechanized and sourcing. And their control center in Dhaka, Bangladesh. It is the fastest rising region for garment sell abroad in the world as we know it. From 2007 the company has been knowable. In the world the company is knowable as a strong sourcing network in the source and making of clothing. Industry business with its valued partners the company strongly believes in. The objectives are two types, which are: broad objective and exact objectives. The broad objective is a study for that to have the knowledge and look at the recruitment and selection process of Crown Exclusive Wears Ltd. Exact objectives is a study that to know the source of recruitment by the Crown Exclusive Wears Ltd., for explain the recruitment and selection process through the questionnaire examination analysis, the problems of recruitment and selection process of Crown Exclusive Wears Ltd are identified with it. And to advocate necessary ladder to make it more effective, two types of data were used such as primary data and secondary information, in order to make the statement more significant and presentable. The questionnaires were mainly closed-ended questions. The nature of the question used in the survey is the Likert scale query. The path toward finding and utilizing the best-qualified hopeful from inside or outside of a relationship for a work opportunity is Staffing.
