    Abstract
    Basically, a need is a conscious sense of deprivation in a person. In other words, customer needs is something that requires to be fulfilled to make consumer satisfied. For example, in the case of Steel business, speed of service, quality of steel is a good example of what is needed to the consumer (Peterson, Neels, Barczi and Graham, 2013). A steel company that does not maintain a high level of trustworthiness and durability of their products will lose business relationships with its competitors. So, prioritizing the needs would be an effective strategy to sustain the business in such competitive market. The report is started with the general discussion on why and for what are the reasons the report is created for from the first chapter. The following 2nd chapter shares the methods used to prepare the report. Then, the third chapter discusses the overview of the company so that a reader of this report can get a broad idea on the Bangladesh Steel & Engineering Limited. The later and the main chapter is chapter 4th that is going to share how the company is prioritizing the needs and wants of its consumer to satisfy them. In the end of the report, few recommendations have been shared for the betterment of Bangladesh Steel & Engineering Limited.
