dc.description.abstractIn Bangladesh economical perspective restaurants industry is the most important part of economics. Directly and indirectly restaurants industry are need in society. In restaurants industry many types of restaurants are seen like chain restaurants local Restaurants, fast food restaurants. Most of demands are fulfill by local restaurants. Local restaurants play the key role in restaurants Industry. As a part of my study done the report about service quality measuring of local restaurants ‘A study in Dhaka city’ In this report measuring the service quality of local restaurants collect the information in different way. For this report conduct a survey on more than 100 people and for the purpose of collecting information talk with the customers directly. After collecting the information it was analysis by certain way, for analyzing the information use average and percentage systems. In this project try to find out what dimension exactly consider by customers to findings measurement the service Quality of local restaurants. And also try to give the possible solution for local restaurants of measuring the service quality.en_US
