dc.description.abstractThe report is focuses on the strategic recruitment and selection procedure followed and applied by grow n excel human recourses and management consultants, one of the leading headhunting firm in Bangladesh. The headhunting team and headhunting department has their very own database to satisfy the necessity of the client and keep up the high level of confidentiality.. Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is widely recognized now a days. The report will take its readers to a journey which he or she will be able to understand how grow n excel is performing its responsibilities and execute the duties in a timely manner. Through the RPO many multinational and local company were able to reach their desired objectives and goals easily. This report has been completed based on my 12 weeks of internship period in Grow n Excel, the Headhunting department. The exercises that are incorporated are the enrollment procedure, benchmarking, CV screening, calling, talk with sessions, remuneration and advantages and the various exercises and how it is finished.en_US
