dc.description.abstractIn this current position, banking sector is marching with gamesmanship in an encouraged way like a dimension of competition to reach the prominent environment of a banking sector. Utmost many bank now concentrating on marketing to earn the generous amount of money to bring out the opportunity so that they can get the best customer loyalty. This report has been made on the basis of the customer satisfaction towards bank, banking facilities towards them, HR practices, their policy and strategy and how Dutch Bangla Bank is operating their banking sector on the basis of the rules and regulations. Dutch Bangla Bank fulfill their HR polices here officers of the bank is following HR rules strictly and positively. Stuffs are always up for fulfilling the needs of customers. In this report the beginning part of the report is organized on the base of the banks introduction. Their objective, background, and limitations of the study are also discussed. Mostly it characterizes the background of the study of the report. The later part of this report defines the brief background of the study of the Dutch Bangla Bank where its elaborated their mission vision of the bank also provides a concise summery about all the HR practices of Dutch Bangla Bank Ltd. Forwarding part describes the description part of the report which has been done during the internship period on the basis of the information providing by stuffs and employees.
