dc.description.abstractGarment industries in Bangladesh have been the key income creating segment for the most recent few years. In 2012-13, total export in Bangladesh was 23757.6 US Dollar (including EPZ) and export of RMG is 16068 US dollar. The percent of RMG in total export is 80.6% (Excluding EPZ). In 2011-12 and 2011-10 the percentage were 78.4 and 77.1 respectively. Readymade garments or RMG industry rapidly became important in terms of employment, foreign exchange earnings and its contribution to GDP. But poor working conditions in the factories and a lack of Social compliance are serious concerns, which have, since 2006, led to labor unrest and damage to institutions and property. As a result, there is a rising fear in Bangladesh that the readymade garments sector may face a decline in demand in global markets especially in USA and EU who are main buyers of RMG. We are exporting RMG in USA and EU within the facility of GSP but recent negative events in RMG sector raise the concern in getting GSP in future. As GSP is very important for Bangladesh, Govt. should try to do everything ASAP to regain position which is in threat. This area gives work to around 3 million specialists of whom 80% are ladies. Asrotex Gathering of Enterprises is one of the rising gatherings in our nation. I am working with this association in the HR Division. As of now it comprises of 1045 representatives, 27000 specialists and produced income of 253 million dollars for every year. The organization was set up in 1984 and its generation side is situated in Gazipur, Narayanganj, Mymensingh, and Chittagong. Human Asset Division of the Piece of clothing is the most critical office which needs to work with the day by day labor and the assets. Notwithstanding, specialists are presently very much aware of the high benefits delighted in by the organizations, and thus requesting higher compensations. This is a similar issue that is circumnavigating Asrotex Gathering. The organization's greatest downside is the high work turnover which is specifically emerging for this sole reason. Accordingly, the organization's HR division has found a way to handle this issue.
