dc.description.abstractThis report has been prepared based on the job responsibilities and practical knowledge which I gathered through my internship at MIS department of Square Toiletries Ltd. Square toiletries ltd is one of the largest toiletries company in Bangladesh. It has a wide range of products which are sold to customers with the help of distributors and retailers. Square toiletries ltd uses some promotional programs to increase its sale. Distributors and retailers get rewarded for their effort in increasing sales of various products of STL. They get motivated by such rewards. This report provides an in depth analysis and interpretation about the different types of promotional programs (Trade, gift program etc.) of STL to reward the distributors and retailers. These programs vary by nature and divisions. These programs are initiated by the marketing team. Later on, other departments including the MIS department contribute in the successful completion of these programs. After implementing a program, MIS department checks whether a retailer or distributor will get reward or not. In this case, approval note is used as a guideline for checking.en_US
