dc.description.abstract | This Report- Standard bank limited is the reflection of the new learning and experiencing that I was associated with the bank, for an internship under HR department. Along with the some other sub department like general banking, customer relationships etc. provided me the many information regarding this report.
The main of aim of this report is to know about the training and development process of the organization. It shows the real scenario of the banking environment and the employee’s satisfaction and development because of the training session.
Moreover this report about the improvements of the employee performances in the organization. Along with that it describes about the opportunity and scopes for the employees that is gained from the training session and that is works on competitive market. Furthermore the organization has that intension to give the training to their employees for updated with the new technology and the environment.
Finally, the organization ensures a solid ground for their employees that everyone can improve themselves. But this report describes the scopes of the improvement of the organizational strategy. It indicates from where it should be developing employees and by that development it can creates a good result in the organization.
