dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the training is to be a knowledgeable employee for the bank. Well structured training programs follow different rules and regulations. The employee proper train up through the program. Task bases training are very successful for every employee. . Training and development needs an establishment which gives us clear objectives. The step is to design and deliver learning activities that use appropriate methods and procedures to maximize the learning and subsequent job performance of trainee. Training efforts are evaluated to see whether they meet their objectives and were cost effective. Uttara bank provides on the job training program and off the job training program.en_US
